CNC Machining and Milling

Milling or machining employs many of the same features as our routers, but is geared for smaller, more complex parts.

When parts are more complex and require multiple tools to produce, Midland uses CNC machining centers. In the machining process, tools are stored within the machining center and tool changes, as well as movements of the drills and cutters, are programmed into the machine. The material is held stationary while the machining center makes the programmed cuts.
