Production Coordinator

Overview

As our Production Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of our manufacturing operations—making sure schedules stay on track, customer needs are met, and the production floor runs smoothly. This is a role where your attention to detail and ability to problem-solve will make a real impact every single day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Developing and maintaining accurate shop routings for manufacturing parts and orders
• Creating material cut transfers and updating production schedules
• Coordinating with estimating and customer service for pricing and lead times
• Adjusting routings to meet production demands, raw material delays, or customer changes
• Reviewing drawings and revision levels to ensure order accuracy
• Running reports and providing support on production priorities
• Assisting with special projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of proven manufacturing office work experience preferred
• Exposure to shop floor routings
• Full understanding and application of Microsoft software
• Data entry experience with a high level of attention to detail
