Join Midland Plastics, Wisconsin’s premier custom plastics company, as an Outside Sales Representative. With a focus on the Green Bay and De Pere territory, you’ll develop new business, manage key accounts, and partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality plastic distribution and custom manufacturing solutions.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on revenue growth and client retention

Build and grow existing customer relationships through regular client visits and proactive support
-
Consult with customers to understand project requirements and recommend plastic materials and manufacturing solutions (e.g., extrusion, thermoforming)
-
Collaborate with inside sales for lead handoff and joint account strategies
-
Work with marketing to align on lead generation efforts and provide market feedback
-
Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools
Qualifications
-
Associates degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
-
3 years minimum of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in plastics, manufacturing, or distribution
-
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market

Strong knowledge of plastics, extrusion, thermoforming, and related processes is a plus
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-starter who can manage a territory independently while collaborating with internal teams
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
-
Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned territory
