What You’ll Do:
  • Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing equipment and production processes

  • Develop PM schedule and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machines and facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

  • Set up, calibrate, and support equipment for production runs

  • Assist with installations, upgrades, and minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance

  • Conduct regular safety checks and ensure OSHA compliance

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industrial maintenance technician role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in industrial maintenance is a plus

  • Hands-on experience in with CNC machine troubleshoot and repair.

  • Experience troubleshooting machinery with exposure to HVAC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
